OUR MISSION
Bindley Bioscience Center is Purdue’s hub for interdisciplinary research in the life sciences. We integrate biology with engineering to create unique opportunities to tackle scientific challenges in ways that help our society in practical ways.
We’re proud of the state-of-the-art instruments that we offer, but we’re even more proud of our experts who work with researchers to develop creative paths to successful outcomes. That may mean using an instrument in a new way. It may mean redesigning an instrument or even inventing a new one. We’re solutions-oriented.

Bindley Bioscience Center is one of Purdue’s interdisciplinary Institutes and Centers at Discovery Park District, which bring together researchers across disciplines to advance large-scale research and drive innovations to solve the world’s most critical problems. Support for the Institutes and Centers is provided by Purdue’s Office of Research.
