The vision of the Bioinformatics Core is to facilitate, amplify, and accelerate biological research and discovery through application of bioinformatics. It does so by delivering high-quality analysis in a timely and economical manner. It is responsive to customer needs and evolves with advances in the field. It seeks out opportunities to advance the educational mission of the university.
Computational Biology and Data Analytics
The Bindley Computational Biology and Analytics Group brings together experts in biostatistics, bioinformatics, image analysis, study design, optimization, and computational biology to support researchers who generate data in Bindley’s core facilities. Skilled in both classical statistical modeling and AI/ML approaches, we also welcome consulting and collaboration requests from investigators across Purdue and the broader Indiana life-sciences community.
